Top Up Credits

If you are a prepay customer, you will be able to see your total credits at all times in the top-right of the platform:

You will also see your total credits at the top of the New Message page:

Topping Up

1. To top up credits, visit the Top Up Credits area (highlighed on the navigation, below):

2. Enter the number of credits to purchase - there is a 500 minimum.

3. A support ticket will be created for you

4. One of our team will add credits to your account as soon as possible
5. Once that is done we will update the ticket, which emails to let you know the credits are ready to use
6. You will receive an invoice for these credits within the coming days
